Return Window

U.S. customers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of delivery, with or without a reason.

How to Start a Return

  1. Notify Us: Email support@malladia.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Get Approved: We’ll respond with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Return Instructions

  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging and tags.
  • Include the return authorization form (sent upon approval).
  • Use the prepaid label (if provided), or follow our shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns

  • Change of Mind: Items must be unused and returned in original packaging within 30 days.
  • Defective Items: Contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.
  • Damaged Goods: Report within 48 hours with supporting photos.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact us and we’ll arrange a return and send the correct product.
  • Non-Delivery: If an order doesn’t arrive, we’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Refund Processing

  • Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
  • Once received, returns are inspected within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
