Return Window
U.S. customers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of delivery, with or without a reason.
How to Start a Return
- Notify Us: Email support@malladia.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Get Approved: We’ll respond with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Return Instructions
- Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging and tags.
- Include the return authorization form (sent upon approval).
- Use the prepaid label (if provided), or follow our shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping.
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns
- Change of Mind: Items must be unused and returned in original packaging within 30 days.
- Defective Items: Contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.
- Damaged Goods: Report within 48 hours with supporting photos.
- Incorrect Items: Contact us and we’ll arrange a return and send the correct product.
- Non-Delivery: If an order doesn’t arrive, we’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Refund Processing
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
- Once received, returns are inspected within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
